MEET CHEF RUDY SHAW
At Rudy Culinair, everything revolves around experience. After years of working in leading kitchens, I decided to follow my own culinary path with one clear mission: creating special moments with refined flavors in unique locations.
We have been active on Curacao for over four years now, where we passionately provide private dining in luxury holiday villas, on the beach, during weddings or at special occasions. Whether it is a refined dinner at home, a stylish BBQ, an extensive breakfast or an intimate event: we provide a tasteful total experience.
We work with a small, close-knit team of private chefs, all with an eye for detail and a love for the profession. No standard menus, but culinary creations tailored to the wishes of our guests.

Private Chef
Enjoy a refined dinner, simply at your home or on location. Our private dining can be booked as a surprise menu of 4 to 9 courses with freshly baked bread and carefully constructed dishes: starting with amuses, followed by refined creations from the sea and the land, and ending with an elegant dessert.
We will of course take into account dietary requirements, allergies or preferences. Let us know in advance and we will adjust the menu accordingly.
We bring everything you need: crockery, glassware, cutlery and all kitchen tools. Afterwards we leave everything tidy. You don't have to worry about the dishes. The only thing we need on location is an oven and a stove.
There are also various extras, such as oysters with various garnishes, champagne or a custom wine arrangement. Also possible: an extensive shared dining menu or walking dinner for larger groups.
In short, a culinary experience at restaurant level, but exclusively at your table.
Would you rather discuss the menu in advance? Of course, that is possible. We are happy to think along with you to make every moment something special.
BigGreenEgg BBQ
The Big Green Egg BBQ can be booked for groups of 8 people or more and consists of an extensive menu with freshly baked bread, home-made salads and various grilled dishes.
You can choose from various carefully composed menus, or make a suggestion yourself. We are happy to think along with you to make something special.
We bring everything you need: plates, cutlery, crockery and of course the BBQ itself. Afterwards we leave everything tidy. You don't have to worry about anything, not even the washing up.
Add extras? You can. Think of fresh oysters, premium steaks, a dessert, matching wines, champagne and more.
Enjoy a carefree BBQ at a high level, fully catered at your home or on location.

Together with you, we will adjust the menu to the atmosphere and setting. Think of an elegant walking dinner, a long table full of shared dining dishes, luxury snacks on location, a dessert buffet, wine tasting or even an evening with live music and BBQ on the beach. An oyster bar is also a possibility.
